Material and technical base

The department has its own educational restaurant and educational and scientific production centers for the production of public catering products ; meat processing ; and milk processing .

Training at the centres allows you to acquire practical skills in food production.

Scientific research is carried out by students in laboratories to acquire research skills in the field of food technology :

Laboratory "Technochemical control of food products"

Laboratory of "Meat and meat products technologies "

Laboratory of "Milk and dairy products technologies "

Laboratory "Development of new food products;

Laboratory "Canning technology" .

The laboratories are equipped with modern equipment and the latest devices that allow studying and determining the quality indicators of food raw materials, semi-finished and finished food products, and investigating food safety.
